TERMS OF SERVICE !!
• Pricing is always negotiable!! Especially if you are requesting a larger commission.• Payment will be upfront, no exceptions!!(payment plans are available)•(for payment plans)COMMUNICATION IS KEY!! if you stop communication after the piece has been started/partial payment has been sent, you forfeit your right to a refund, as reimbursement for my time and energy.• after payment has been delivered and we have discussed your needs for your piece, I will allow 2 revisions. If you request more, there will be an added charge.• NO REFUNDS once commission has started. (we may discuss a partial refund if your commission is not completed within the agreed time frame. see below.)• Prices are subject to change depending on size, complexity or details of your commission.•I have the right to refuse ANY commissions I feel uncomfortable doing.• I WILL NOT draw: excessive gore, fanart of controversial media(i.e YBC), art with problematic themes or topics, or mecha.• All commissions have a 6 month maximum waiting period, starting from the day payment is completed. requesting a refund within this time frame will result in being blacklisted from future commissions.• Artwork made by me cannot be resold at higher price than what was initially charged at the time of commission.• My watermark will be on every commission, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL YOU BE ALLOWED TO CROP OR REMOVE MY WATERMARK doing so will result in being blacklisted and called out, I will not hesitate to warn other artists about you.• COMMUNICATION IS KEY!! if you have lost interest in commissioning me after reaching out, or my commissions are not within your budget, TELL ME. Ghosting, ignoring or failure to communicate with me will result in being blacklisted from commissioning me in the future.• BE RESPECTFUL I am a human being doing you a service, please extend me the common courtesy of being respectful of me and my time. I will do the same for you.By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the above terms of service.
